Shipping & Returns
Shipping Information We ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. If not otherwise stated, we use UPS Ground for delivery for all locations in the US. All packages are fully insured and well packed upon leaving the gallery.
UPS does not deliver packages to PO Boxes.
Damaged Items If anything in your package arrives broken, we must be notified within 7 days of the package being delivered. After 7 days, no returns will be accepted.
Save all package materials, including the outside carton.
Email us at email@example.com or call us at 843-534-1774 to let us know what has happened. We will make the insurance claim for you and do everything we can to replace your merchandise as quickly as possible. It may be necessary for UPS or USPS to inspect your package so be sure to save all of the packing materials so they can pick them up.
Returns Returns must be made within 30 days from the date the item was purchased. A return authorization number is required for all returns and may be obtained by calling or emailing the gallery. Returns received without an RA number will not be accepted. The item must be repacked carefully in the same manner as it was shipped (insured for the valued price) and shipped back to us. Shipping and handling charges will not be credited. Refunds are only available to the purchaser of an item
