Store Policy
Due to the unique, one of a kind nature of our products, we do not issue refunds. Store credit will be issued if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Once items are returned to One of a Kind, in original condition, an exchange credit will be issued to you.  Please call or email us within 5 days if you require an exchange.  All canceled orders, (that have not shipped), are subject to a 8% restocking fee to account for credit card processing fees.

Shipping Policy
Our normal shipping is UPS Ground. If you require UPS next day, or 2nd day air, it is an additional cost over already established shipping and handling. Please contact us for information.
